15 pieces of chicken legs
16 oz (2 cups) soy sauce
Ginger
1 clove garlic
1/2 c brown sugar
Saute garlic and ginger in oil. Add soy sauce and equal amount of water.
Mix ingredients in pot and add chicken.
Cook for 45 minutes.
*I usually half this for my family. You could make this at any quantity, just use equal parts soy sauce and water.

Great recipe, everybody in Hawaii calls this Shoyu Chicken... We add a bit more brown sugar and a bit of water to thin out the amount of sodium in the shoyu (soy sauce). We love it!
Great to know! Thanks, Kuulei!
