This may be a silly question, but do you bake them in a 9x13 pan or a cookie sheet...or does it matter?

I usually do it in a 9x13, but I think a cookie sheet would work just fine.

We had these tonight and they are really yummy. I baked them on a cookie sheet and made the poor assumptions that I didn't need to grease the pan. Whoops!

Also, I didn't have any bread crumbs but my good friend Alton Brown came to the rescue. He breaks up 2 pieces of fresh bread and soaks them in the 1/4 cup of milk. The soggy bread mixes perfectly with the meat. Problem solved!
